Service Dispatcher

Seeking a candidate with 2+ years in customer service, dispatching or project management to ensure efficient mechanical system operations.

The qualified candidate will have the following minimum requirements for this position:

· Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Advanced customer service skills.

· Schedule and coordinate all service calls.

· Dispatch service technicians.

· Debrief service technicians after completion of each call.

· Forecast workload for 2 – 3 days out.

· Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customer.

· Ability to recognize and resolve issues.

· Advanced and professional communication skills both oral and written with internal and external clients.

· Prioritize appropriately with good time management skills.

· Competency in Microsoft office suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word to perform tasks.

Responsibilities

· The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technician to new calls as service calls are completed.

· Schedule return trips with customers when parts are received.

· Maintain the On-Call schedule as well as the daily schedule for service technicians.

· Maintain customer database with current information.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. We are seeking a qualified, conscientious employee who wants a long-term position.
