•    Prepare and analyze monthly financial packages, WIP schedules, accounting process templates, budgets, and variation analysis
•    Support job cost accounting, project profitability reviews, and margin analysis
•    Manage or assist with cash flow forecasts and performance monitoring

•    Identify and communicate key trends, risks, and opportunities based on financial data and business objectives
•    Translate financial information into clear, digestible insights for leadership and operational teams
•    Provide analytical support throughout the business cycle that enhances the organization’s ability to make appropriate business decisions
•    Conduct regular review of jobs to maximize company profitability

What You Bring:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
•    CPA preferred
•    5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis
•    Hands-on experience with financial close processes and reporting packages
•    Expertise in Microsoft Excel; Power BI and ERP system experience highly valued
•    Experience in construction or project-based industries is a strong plus
•    Excellent attention to detail/data accuracy and strong communication skills—both written and verbal
•    Strong ability to translate financial information into easily understood insights
•    Self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Bonus Points For:
•    Public company experience
•    Strong understanding of percentage-of-completion accounting
•    Familiarity with GAAP and intermediate accounting principles
•    A growth mindset and eagerness to improve processes and add value
