About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-performing finance professional to join our team in a critical role that blends strategic analysis with hands-on accounting. Whether your strengths lean more toward financial reporting, forecasting, or operational accounting, this is an opportunity to own key parts of the financial cycle and help drive performance across the organization.
As a trusted partner to departments like AR/AP, Payroll, Operations, and Executive Leadership, you’ll deliver timely insights, support project accounting, and ensure accurate financial reporting. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and values precision, collaboration, and growth.

What You’ll Do:
•    Support the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting
•    Partner with key departments (AR, AP, Payroll, Operations, Admin) to ensure accurate and timely financial data
•    Prepare and analyze monthly financial packages, WIP schedules, accounting process templates, budgets, and variation analysis
•    Support job cost accounting, project profitability reviews, and margin analysis
•    Manage or assist with cash flow forecasts and performance monitoring
•    Deliver forecasting, budgeting, and planning updates that reflect real-time business decisions
•    Identify and communicate key trends, risks, and opportunities based on financial data and business objectives
•    Translate financial information into clear, digestible insights for leadership and operational teams
•    Provide analytical support throughout the business cycle that enhances the organization’s ability to make appropriate business decisions
•    Conduct regular review of jobs to maximize company profitability

What You Bring:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
•    CPA preferred
•    5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis
•    Hands-on experience with financial close processes and reporting packages
•    Expertise in Microsoft Excel; Power BI and ERP system experience highly valued
•    Experience in construction or project-based industries is a strong plus
•    Excellent attention to detail/data accuracy and strong communication skills—both written and verbal
•    Strong ability to translate financial information into easily understood insights
•    Self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

•    Familiarity with GAAP and intermediate accounting principles
