Position Summary

The Warehouse Logistics and Support Specialist position is responsible for supporting day‑to‑day warehouse, material handling, and logistics activities to ensure efficient operations and reliable support for project and prefabrication needs. This role plays a key part in managing inbound and outbound materials, maintaining organized warehouse spaces, staging materials for work activities, and supporting quality and safety standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics & Material Handling
    • Support management of incoming shipments, including receiving, verifying deliveries, and maintaining accurate logs and tracking information.
    • Support coordination of outgoing shipments, including preparation, documentation, and tracking to ensure timely delivery to job sites or internal operations.
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Assist with material management within warehouse facilities, including proper storage, organization, labeling, and accessibility of inventory.
  • Material Staging & Project Support
    • Support staging of materials for scheduled work shifts, prefabrication activities, and project needs.
    • Assist warehouse and prefab teams with material preparation to support efficient workflow and production readiness.
  • Quality Control & Safety
    • Support quality control efforts by assisting with inspection and verification of materials and prefabricated assemblies prior to dispatch or use.
    • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • General Support
    • Support all other warehouse and prefabrication activities as assigned to meet operational needs.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or material handling preferred.
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other material‑handling equipment preferred (certification a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

 

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required for warehouse operations.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, bending, and operating equipment as needed.
