The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing materials, tools, and equipment to support field and shop operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while ensuring materials and equipment are delivered accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment.

What You'll DoMaterial Receiving & Distribution
  • Receive incoming deliveries and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Notify project managers and other stakeholders of received materials, including delivery location and availability.
  • Scan and distribute packing lists to interested parties via email.
  • Research and resolve shipment discrepancies as needed.
  • Coordinate and stage materials for delivery to jobsites.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently for deliveries to and from jobsites and shop locations.
  • Provide delivery support and transportation of materials when drivers are unavailable or additional assistance is needed.
Warehouse Operations
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse, staging, storage, and delivery areas.
  • Manage and organize project manager bin areas, warehouse inventory locations, mezzanine storage, staging racks, and long-term storage areas.
  • Assist with inventory control and material tracking activities.
  • Maintain clean and orderly warehouse floors, storage yards, parking lots, and surrounding facilities.
Tool Management
  • Assist with assembling and fulfilling project tool requests.
  • Receive, inspect, and return tools from jobsites.
  • Support tool inventory management through barcode tracking and documentation.
  • Assist with tracking newly purchased, retired, and active tools and equipment.
  • Inspect tools and equipment for proper functionality and safety before deployment and upon return.
Safety & Collaboration
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture through daily identification and correction of potential hazards.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, field teams, superintendents, shop personnel, and warehouse staff.
  • Support overall operational efficiency through proactive problem-solving and teamwork.
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to qualify under the company's vehicle insurance requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials and equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and hazard awareness.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, construction, or material handling experience.
  • Experience working in a construction or mechanical contracting environment.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and tool-tracking systems.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials with the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, carts, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay Range: $22 - $30 / hour. This role is also eligible for an annual performance‑based bonus. Bonus eligibility and payout are determined by role, individual performance, and company performance, and are not guaranteed.
