About the Role
Legence is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team as a temporary part-time employee. This is an on-site position based in Beltsville, MD. The HR Coordinator will provide support to Legence’s HR organization in ensuring data integrity by performing tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist HRBPS and HRIS with the following:
    • General administrative tasks
    • Maintaining HR business systems and applications
    • Manage data entry and data integrity across HR systems
    • Follow compliance guidelines while dealing with PII data in an ethical manner

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications

  • Hourly pay range - $20.00 - $23.00
