  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Organized student with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Managers, Project Assistants and Project Engineers with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Help maintain organized project files (contracts, drawings, submittals, RFIs, Change orders)
  • Help ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
  • Learn basic construction terminology, project workflows, and documentation standards
  • Gain exposure to construction project lifecycle from start to finish

 

Pre-employment Requirements:
  •         Drug screening and Breath Analyzer Test
  •      Non-disclosure agreement
