CMTA, formerly known as AMA Group, is seeking a Project Engineer. You will perform basic engineering tasks by following detailed instructions, become knowledgeable about system designs, and communicate design concepts through sketches and renderings.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design of electrical systems based on the field of study, using AutoCAD and Revit, for a variety of projects, including but not limited to corporate interiors, facilities infrastructure redevelopment, and Core and Shell new construction 
  • You will become familiar with electrical load calculations, feeder voltage drops, lighting control design systems, Fire Alarm system design, etc. 
  • Be exposed to the shop drawing and submittal process 
  • Perform other engineering duties as assigned 

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering required; EIT preferred 
  • Applied knowledge of AutoCAD required; Revit preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Relevant internship experience is a plus
