Part-Time University Program Coordinator (Temporary)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time University Program Coordinator to support our University Program Manager during peak campus recruiting season. This temporary role will assist with coordinating career fair participation, posting jobs, managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth candidate and recruiter experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register the company for university career fairs and recruiting events.
  • Post internships and early-career roles to our career site, Handshake, and other school platforms.
  • Order, organize, and ship event swag and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate shipping, scheduling, and logistics for campus events.
  • Provide administrative support to the University Program Manager as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with online systems (Handshake, job boards, applicant tracking systems).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Hours: Flexible, approx. 20-25 hours per week September 2025-January 2026
