What You’ll Do

Drive Market Intelligence

  • Craft weekly “Know Your Market” one‑pagers: Track industry trends, conferences, awards, competitor hiring, layoffs, project wins, and leadership shifts
  • Share real‑time intel (e.g., hiring freezes, bonus cycles) to keep us agile
  • Maintain competitor snapshots (pay, benefits, velocity) and role landscapes (target companies, schools, keywords) for priority roles like ME/EE/PE/Project Engineer

Build & Nurture Talent Pipelines

  • Stand up targeted pipelines in ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for ~10 active requisitions; deliver 3–5 strong slates per role
  • Keep evergreen pools warm for future needs with light marketing (e.g., quarterly newsletters)
  • Partner shoulder‑to‑shoulder with recruiters and hiring managers to boost slate quality

Ensure Data Excellence

  • Master ATS hygiene: Tags, sources, notes, statuses—make reporting effortless
  • Share actionable weekly intel on talent movement and market shifts

What Success Looks Like

  • Crisp market maps and intel that recruiters and leaders rely on
  • Consistent, high quality slates and ready to go pipelines for key MEP roles
  • Clean, reportable ATS data showing pipeline health and sourcing wins

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of talent sourcing experience (technical or engineering preferred), with a track record of filling hard-to-find roles through proactive pipeline building.
  • MEP/engineering sourcing experience strongly preferred (ME, EE, PE, Project Engineer, BIM/VDC a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage 8–12+ open reqs/pipelines at once while maintaining high response and slate quality
  • Strong stakeholder partnership with recruiters and hiring managers; able to calibrate profiles and influence the search strategy
  • High-volume outreach + personalization: builds campaigns that balance scale with quality messaging
  • Market mapping expertise: target company lists, talent pool segmentation, and competitor intelligence you can defend with data
  • Comfort with metrics (response rates, pass-through rates, conversion, source effectiveness) and using insights to iterate quickly
  • Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Dayforce), Teams, Excel/Sheets.
