Job Description: 

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineering V.P. to join our San Diego Team. Applicants should have recent, demonstrated experience in mechanical design and project management for private and public sector facilities projects.

Responsibilities include management and review of the following activities:

  • Manage calculations, reports, specifications, and presentations
  • Manage responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Review selection of equipment
  • Production of Mechanical and Plumbing drawings
  • Construction Administration Engineering
  • On-time and on-budget delivery of projects
  • Client relationship management
  • Field investigation
  • Training and mentorship of junior staff

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering; required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer; required.
  • Professional Engineer’s License (Mechanical); required.
  • Thorough knowledge of building mechanical, plumbing, DDC, and Design.
  • Proven successful track record in Mechanical HVAC Energy Design.
