Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. This individual will be working with a team to design, analyze, and coordinate the mechanical systems for various K-12 projects. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, a collaborative mindset, and an attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for various facilities.
- Perform load calculations and sizing analysis
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practice.
- Coordinate proactively with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
- Support project construction phase
- Troubleshoot and resolve design challenges in collaboration with project teams.
- Maintain a focus on project goals while ensuring technical precision in deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in designing HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to foster team-oriented solutions.
- Strong comprehension skills to interpret design codes and apply new knowledge effectively.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to project challenges and solutions.
