CMTA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with basic graphic design skills to join our dynamic team to support in Louisville, KY. This individual will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing materials and graphic illustrations that communicate the cutting-edge engineering solutions our company provides to the A/E industry nationally. 

Requires a strong drive to succeed, be a self-starter, and desire to grow with a fast-paced firm. The position will work within a marketing support team to coordinate proposal and technical responses and develop graphic driven illustrations and presentations.

The primary local office location is Louisville, KY. 

Responsibilities:

    Support responses to requests for proposals and requests for qualifications by collaborating closely with project managers and technical engineering teams Assist with the development, maintenance, and organization of marketing collateral Interact with leaders and project managers to develop and update project summaries, resumes, and presentations Undertake special projects, such as award submittals, interview support, large event speaking presentations etc.

Qualifications:

    Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, formal training in graphic design, or related field an bonus and/or  2+ Years of proven experience in marketing, communication, and/or graphic design Demonstrate a detailed understanding of computer applications such as Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Team-oriented professional willing to invest in their future and grow professionally
