The Integrated Project Engineer is a rotational development role designed to provide hands-on

experience across key construction business units including procurement, project management, estimating,

engineering, and preconstruction. Over a structured 2–3-year timeline, the successful candidate will contribute to

strategic initiatives, help streamline operational processes and gain well-rounded exposure to the business. This is an

ideal opportunity for a driven and adaptable professional who is looking to develop into a future leader in

What You Bring:

·Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

· 2 or more years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, or operations, preferred.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Demonstrated adaptability and ability to work across diverse functions.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or

construction-related software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement:

· Assist in evaluating and updating purchasing procedures, vendor databases, and material tracking systems.

· Sourcing, engaging and evaluating reliable suppliers and vendors.

· Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting executive management with the development and

implementation of sourcing strategies

· Help process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

· Support tracking of large equipment and material orders; follow up on order status as needed.

· Participate in reviewing and maintaining cost data for materials and vendor pricing.

Estimating and BIM:

· Assist with quantity take-offs, bid tabulations, and subcontractor/vendor proposal analysis.

· Support the preparation and organization of bid documents, cost estimates, and bid day deliverables.

· Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks as needed to gather project-specific information.

· Maintain estimating logs and databases and assist with updating historical cost data.

· Collaborate with engineering and BIM teams to support constructability reviews and design coordination.

· Assist in organizing drawing sets and documentation required for coordination or fabrication.

· Assist in HVAC and plumbing system design by preparing layout drawings, schematics, and specifications

under the guidance of senior engineers.

· Perform load calculations for heating, cooling, and plumbing systems using industry-standard software and

tools.

· Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure integrated system designs.

· Review and interpret mechanical codes and standards to ensure compliance in design and documentation.

Project Planning and Execution: 

· Developing and managing procurement plans for projects. · Participate in coordination of project schedules, subcontractor activities, and document control. · Help with RFIs, submittals, CORs, and COs; track statuses and ensure timely updates in project folders. · Support the preparation and maintenance of project tracking logs (manpower, issues/resolutions, drawings, etc.). · Attend and support project meetings such as turnover, kickoff, and closeout. · Gather and prepare documents for permits, subcontracts, and prequalification materials. · Support compliance efforts for safety documentation and perm submissions. · Track and document project communications and assist with compiling information for internal reporting. · Provide general administrative and coordination support across departments as assigned.
