Legence is seeking an Electrical Project Manager with experience designing and managing complex electrical systems across a wide range of commercial projects. This role will report to the Electrical Division Manager and is responsible for estimating, designing, managing, and delivering projects with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, organized, and solutions-oriented, with excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and design partners.

Responsibilities:

Estimate and secure electrical work for commercial construction projects
Lead design-build efforts in accordance with NEC and all applicable electrical codes
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
Ensure project completion meets or exceeds client expectations
Plan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and tools for each project
Negotiate and manage subcontractor scope using standard subcontract agreements
Conduct site surveys and field verifications as needed
Stay current with codes, technology, and industry best practices
Provide support on customer service-related issues as needed
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Associate degree in a technical field preferred; Bachelor’s degree a plus
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in electrical design and/or project management required
CAD proficiency is a plus
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Project, and electronic estimating tools
Experience with Accubid estimating software strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license required
