Electrical Intern

Position: Full-Time, In-Office

Gilbert Mechanical is seeking an Electrical Intern to support our project management team and gain hands-on experience in commercial electrical construction. This role provides exposure to electrical construction projects while working alongside project managers, estimators, engineers, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with the planning and coordination of construction projects.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
  • Support estimating efforts with takeoffs and cost analysis.
  • Help track project schedules, materials, budgets, and documentation.
  • Attend job walks, project meetings, and site visits.
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence.
  • Support project teams in maintaining safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications
