Role Summary

The Corporate AI Transformation Lead implements AI solutions for the company's corporate and shared-services functions — finance, accounting, HR, IT, legal, and procurement. Working within the strategy and governance set by leadership, this role builds and deploys working solutions, trains those teams to use them, and drives day-to-day adoption. It is the corporate-function counterpart to the E&C and I&M Applied AI Leads — same mission and seniority, different business domain. It implements; it does not set AI strategy or governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy AI solutions for corporate-function problems — finance, accounting, HR, IT, legal, procurement (document-heavy workflows, reporting and analysis, knowledge retrieval, drafting, data lookups).
  • Train and enable corporate-function teams with hands-on sessions, job-specific guidance, and ongoing support that fits how they work.
  • Drive adoption across corporate functions: run pilots, hold office hours, remove friction, and grow self-service use.
  • Deploy, configure, and support the agentic AI tools the company has selected for corporate users — Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Cowork, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code — and use them directly to build and ship solutions.
  • Collaborate with the E&C and I&M Applied AI Leads as peers — reuse and share solutions, templates, and patterns so work is not duplicated across segments.
  • Apply the governance and data-handling standards leadership sets, and flag risks and gaps back to leadership.
  • Quantify and report impact in corporate-function terms: hours saved, cycle-time reduction, error and rework reduction, reporting turnaround.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years across software/data, IT, or technical implementation, with hands-on LLM experience in a business setting.
  • Ability to build and deploy working solutions (Python, TypeScript, or low-code) and to train non-technical business users to use them.
  • Hands-on fluency with agentic AI tools — building and automating with Claude Code, and enabling users with Claude Cowork and Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork.
  • Working knowledge of corporate-function workflows and systems (ERP, finance, HR, Microsoft 365).
  • Excellent communication across both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Depth in the Microsoft AI stack (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork, Azure AI Foundry, Fabric) and Anthropic tooling (Claude Cowork, Claude Code).
  • Experience implementing AI or automation within finance, HR, or IT functions.
  • Experience applying governance and data-handling standards in practice.
  • Power Platform or other low-code experience a plus, though not a focus of the role.
  • Corporate-function teams trained and increasingly self-sufficient.
  • Reusable solutions shared with the peer leads so wins transfer across segments.
