About the Role
Do you enjoy guiding employees through important life moments while keeping processes running smoothly? As our LOA (Leave of Absence) Specialist, you’ll oversee the entire leave process from initial request to return-to-work, ensuring a seamless experience for employees while maintaining compliance.
This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complexities in leave management. You’ll work with employees, staying on top of federal, state, and local leave laws and company policies. If you thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment and enjoy improving processes, we’d love to hear from you!
